Azure AI Engineering Manager

This Azure AI Engineering Manager role in Pune is responsible for building, training, and deploying machine learning models using Azure Machine Learning, Python, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure ML SDKs, and developing scalable AI pipelines using cloud-native best practices. You will integrate Azure AI capabilities — including Vision, Language, Speech, and Document Intelligence — into enterprise applications, design AI-driven solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and utilize Azure AI Studio for rapid prototyping of generative AI and cognitive solutions. Cross-functional responsibilities include partnering with data engineers, analytics teams, and Power Platform developers to embed AI models into low-code applications, contributing to architecture decisions, and implementing Responsible AI practices. MLOps responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing AI workloads using Azure Monitor and MLflow, and contributing to CI/CD workflows for ML and Power Platform integrations.
