NFRR Standards - Analyst
As an NFRR Standards Analyst at Barclays, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective governance frameworks for data and records across global operations. Your key responsibilities include building and maintaining a comprehensive data and records governance framework aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will monitor data quality and records metrics, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The role involves identifying and addressing data and records management risks and gaps, as well as developing and implementing records management programmes covering identification, classification, storage, retention, retrieval, and disposal of records. You will develop and implement data governance strategies aligned with the bank's overall data management strategy and business objectives. Additionally, you will provide group-wide guidance and training on Data and Records Management standard requirements. The role requires in-depth technical knowledge of regulatory landscapes, data analysis capabilities, and strong stakeholder communication skills. You will lead and supervise a team, guiding professional development and coordinating resources while driving continuous improvement across the function.
