CCO Governance Analyst - BA4
As a CCO Governance Analyst at Barclays, you will be responsible for managing the controls governance and reporting framework within the Chief Controls Office. Your primary duties include ensuring all activities comply with regulatory requirements, the Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework, and internal Barclays policies. You will manage timely completion of deliverables including controls governance reporting for committees, weekly issue reporting to CCO management and stakeholders, and ad-hoc or quarterly updates for senior leadership. You will track and report control issues, monitor adherence to the Risk Event Escalation Matrix, perform BCF gap analysis, and flag issues outside governance to management. Additionally, you will proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities in the control environment, support risk event and model attestation processes, and challenge the status quo by recommending process improvements and implementing control best practices across business areas. The role also involves managing stakeholder discussions regarding the control environment, initiatives, and recommendations.
