Process Architect - Lead
As a Process Architect Lead at Barclays within the BX COO Shared Services team, you will spearhead process reengineering and optimization initiatives across banking operations. Your primary responsibility is to collaborate with stakeholders and leverage data and management information to identify process optimization opportunities for capacity creation. You will review existing processes, engage with subject matter experts, and identify process risks and challenges. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations using data-led insights. You will create process maps and models using tools like Blueworks and Visio, recognize automation opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations as part of optimization reviews. You will manage stakeholders across all organizational levels from C-level to junior staff, develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior leadership, and identify industry trends to recommend improvements. Additionally, you will lead project teams, contribute to strategic planning, manage resources and budgets, and drive continuous improvements while working within a matrix organization structure.
