Service Control Manager
As a Service Control Manager at Barclays, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects to plan, budget, and agreed quality and governance standards. You will execute support services across Operations and Technology production functions, including incident management triage, escalation, event management, change management, and batch processing management. The role requires managing and resolving service requests, incidents, and problems prioritized by severity. You will analyze and improve service delivery processes by identifying bottlenecks, implementing automation solutions, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. You will develop detailed reports on service performance and trends, communicate key findings to stakeholders, and coordinate incident resolution across multiple support areas and suppliers. Expertise in infrastructure or application technology disciplines is essential, along with familiarity with monitoring tools and risk governance frameworks.
