DEVELOPER L3
As a Developer L3, you will design, develop, test, and maintain software programs and applications for client deployment while ensuring they meet quality assurance standards. Your responsibilities include studying information needs, analyzing system flows and data usage, investigating problem areas, and following the software development life cycle. You will perform root cause analysis of system issues, identify opportunities to improve system performance and availability, and convert client requirements into feasible designs. The role involves hands-on coding, developing and automating software validation processes, fixing errors, adapting software to new hardware, and upgrading interfaces. You will prepare reports on project specifications and progress, ensure error-free code delivery, and maintain comprehensive documentation including flowcharts, layouts, and diagrams. Strong client communication is expected, including capturing requirements, providing regular feedback, and ensuring timely delivery with no complaints.
