Act as a techno-functional consultant responsible for bridging business requirements with technical implementation for enterprise and banking solutions. Drive complete project execution activities including requirement gathering, integration, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support. Analyze change requests and evaluate feasibility to provide optimized technical solutions with clear timelines and implementation strategies. Collaborate with architecture, development, testing, and support teams to design and deliver scalable ERP and enterprise applications. Customize, extend, and integrate existing systems while ensuring alignment with business processes and technical standards. Provide ongoing application support by resolving technical issues, handling production incidents, and supporting client operations. Develop automation tools and process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead. Participate in trainings, certifications, and knowledge-sharing activities to continuously enhance functional and technical expertise within the organization.
