Serve as a techno-functional consultant responsible for bridging business needs with technical implementation for enterprise and banking domain solutions. Manage complete project lifecycles including business requirement analysis, system integration, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support activities. Evaluate change requests and recommend optimized technical solutions with clear execution timelines and feasibility analysis. Collaborate with architecture, development, testing, and support teams to deliver scalable and efficient ERP and enterprise solutions. Customize, extend, and integrate existing applications while ensuring alignment with business processes and technical standards. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ERP systems by troubleshooting issues and resolving technical queries raised by clients. Develop automation tools and process optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce repetitive manual activities. Continuously upgrade technical and functional expertise through internal certifications, training programs, and participation in knowledge-sharing and documentation activities.
