Work as a techno-functional consultant to bridge business requirements with technical implementation for enterprise and banking solutions. Drive end-to-end implementation activities including requirement analysis, integration, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. Evaluate change requests and recommend optimized solutions with proper implementation timelines. Support ERP and enterprise application customization, integration, coding, and maintenance activities to ensure seamless operations. Collaborate with architecture, development, testing, and support teams to deliver scalable and efficient client solutions. Provide ongoing production support by resolving technical and functional issues within agreed service levels. Develop automation solutions and process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions. Continuously enhance domain expertise through certifications, trainings, and participation in knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams.
