TEST ENGINEER L3

As a Test Engineer L3 specializing in Performance Test Engineering, you will prepare test cases and conduct thorough testing of products, platforms, and solutions prior to client deployment, ensuring full quality assurance compliance. You will author test plans based on business requirements, implement model-based testing methodologies, and ensure peer review of all test cases to minimize rework. The role requires you to automate the test lifecycle using VB macros, scheduling, and GUI automation tools, and to design and execute automation frameworks with detailed reporting. You will collaborate with development teams, define testing scope and criteria, participate in UAT, and manage defect tracking with clear descriptions and replication steps. Delivering test status dashboards, maintaining on-time reporting through test management repositories, and providing usability feedback to stakeholders are key expectations. Strong customer-facing communication and adherence to SLAs are essential.
