SOLUTION ARCHITECT L1

This role is centered on creating high-quality architectural solution designs and thought leadership to help delivery teams deliver exceptional client engagement and satisfaction.

You will be responsible for developing architectural solutions for new business deals and major change requests within existing engagements. This includes creating enterprise-wide architectures ensuring scalability, reliability, and manageability, as well as providing solutioning for client RFPs with overall design assurance. You will analyze technology environments and client-specific requirements to establish solution design frameworks.

Key duties include providing technical leadership for design and implementation of custom solutions, defining current and target state solutions with clear documentation of tradeoffs and improvement areas, and articulating architectural targets with reusable patterns and investment roadmaps. You will validate solutions from technology, cost, and customer differentiation perspectives, and perform root cause analysis of design issues.

The position also involves enabling delivery teams through building trusted advisor relationships with executives and stakeholders, establishing relevant KPIs and SLAs, managing multiple projects with accurate status reporting, preparing risk mitigation plans, ensuring quality assurance of design decisions, and recommending automation tools for improved productivity.
