ADMINISTRATOR L3
As an Administrator L3, you will be responsible for resolving, maintaining, and managing client software, hardware, and network infrastructure based on service requests raised by end-users, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs and client satisfaction. You will ensure timely response to all tickets, provide quality solutioning for service requests, and act as a custodian of the client's network, server, system, storage, and platform infrastructure. The role involves performing root cause analysis of tickets and creating action plans, providing immediate resolution for high-priority issues, and installing and configuring software and hardware as requested. You will maintain 100% adherence to timelines based on issue priority, manage client expectations to ensure zero escalations, provide application and user access as per requirements, and maintain timely backups of important data and logs. Coordination with on-site teams for complex problem resolution and reviewing Chat BOT logs for service request follow-up are also key responsibilities. Mandatory skills include Windows Server Administration.
