SCRUM MASTER L1

As a Scrum Master L1, you will facilitate Scrum teams and take accountability for removing impediments so the team can achieve sprint goals. You will ensure the Scrum process is followed correctly, protect the development team from external interference, and foster collaboration across teams while keeping them focused on deliverables.

You will work closely with the Product Owner to maintain the Product Backlog, define User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, and ensure PO availability. You are responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Grooming, Demos, and Retrospectives. You will ensure adherence to Definition of Ready (DOR), Definition of Done (DOD), and MoSCoW prioritization at the Sprint level.

Additionally, you will participate in Scrum of Scrums across teams, update ALM tools and Scrum metrics on a daily and sprint-by-sprint basis, and analyze key metrics to take corrective actions. You will help the team achieve stable velocity within 6-8 sprints, create competency improvement and cross-skilling plans, and train team members on Agile processes including Scrum, XP, and Kanban. Supporting engineering practices such as ATDD, TDD, CI/CD, and Refactoring is also part of the role.
