AI LEAD L1

As an AI Lead L1, you will drive the development of minimum viable products (MVPs) and end-to-end AI solutions that exceed client expectations and add measurable business value. Your responsibilities include leading the implementation of custom AI solutions, evaluating use cases for business viability, creating AI models and frameworks tailored to specific business problems, and defining product strategies that integrate with larger system interfaces. You will analyze technology environments, implement necessary security features, and stay current with industry AI trends to inform product planning. Client-facing duties include maintaining relationships with strategic partners, providing product design consultation, gathering insights during client interactions, preparing RFP responses, and conducting product demonstrations. You will also manage a team end-to-end, covering talent forecasting, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, attrition control, and employee engagement initiatives.
