AI LEAD L1

As an AI Lead L1, you will be responsible for building MVPs and full-scale AI solutions that align with client business objectives. You will lead the development and deployment of custom AI-powered products using modern technologies, evaluate use cases for feasibility, and create AI models, frameworks, and user interfaces to solve complex business challenges. The role requires analyzing client requirements alongside the technology landscape to architect appropriate AI solutions, implementing security measures, and conducting root cause analysis for problem resolution. You will actively engage with clients by maintaining key relationships, consulting on product design, gathering feedback during demonstrations, and responding to RFP requirements. On the people management side, you will forecast talent needs, hire and onboard team members, build internal talent pipelines, conduct performance reviews, manage attrition, and lead team engagement initiatives to maintain a motivated and high-performing team.
