As a Lead Developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365, you will oversee and drive the development and customization of Dynamics CRM solutions. You will lead the team in crafting, testing, and implementing MS Dynamics CRM Plugins using C#, and perform customizations with .Net C#, PCF, Workflows, Actions, Custom APIs, and Power Automate Flows. The role involves integrating MS Dynamics CRM with external systems and managing CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps. You will oversee environment elevations of Dynamics solutions and data, collaborate with teams under Agile practices, maintain deep knowledge of out-of-the-box CRM functionality, and ensure best practices in unit testing. Advanced spoken English is required. Nice-to-have skills include experience with WCF, WebAPI, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React), and cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
