As a Lead Data Scientist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing AI solutions across various applications, from statistical analysis to natural language processing. You will work on classification, clustering, anomaly detection, and NLP models, managing complete project delivery from data preparation through model evaluation and visualization.
Your day-to-day involves utilizing Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis, engaging in ML Ops and model development workflows, and creating models that are accessible for business use. You will be responsible for feature engineering, production-level code development, and leveraging tools such as Azure AI Search.
The role requires at least 1 year of leadership experience, where you will collaborate with teams using software development methodologies, version control tools like GitLab, and project tracking tools such as Jira. You will document processes, stay updated with emerging technologies, deliver production-ready solutions, and facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization. Fluency in UNIX command line and strong English communication skills are essential.
