Agentforce Technical Manager New
As an Agentforce Technical Manager within the Global Delivery Centre, you will combine people leadership, technical architecture, and delivery ownership to scale AI-driven agent capabilities across global customer implementations. You will architect enterprise-grade Agentforce solutions, designing intelligent agents using LLMs, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks while defining reusable patterns for agent skills, guardrails, and multi-agent collaboration.
You will lead integrations across Salesforce Clouds, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and external systems, and establish RAG, knowledge grounding, and document ingestion architectures. Driving end-to-end lifecycle of Agentforce implementations, you will build reusable accelerators, deployment frameworks, and partner with Product and COE teams on pilots and innovation programs.
On the people side, you will manage and mentor a team of Agentforce engineers and architects, drive hiring, onboarding, conduct performance reviews, and build high-performing delivery pods. You will own end-to-end delivery for Agentforce initiatives, manage risks, dependencies, and execution roadmaps, and support solutioning and estimations.
Additionally, you will define AI governance and guardrail frameworks, establish DevOps and CI/CD standards, and ensure compliance with Responsible AI and data security policies.
