Senior Account Solution Engineer New
As a Senior Account Solution Engineer focused on the Retail and Consumer Goods vertical, you will serve as a strategic presales partner collaborating closely with Sales teams to drive digital transformation for enterprise customers. Your role involves leading outcome-driven discovery conversations to deeply understand customer business requirements and co-creating future visions on the Salesforce platform that align with both short and long-term goals.
You will bring solutions to life through compelling product demonstrations, showcasing the versatility and potential of the Salesforce platform. A key part of your responsibility is providing thought leadership on how large enterprise organizations can drive customer success through digital transformation, running targeted discovery sessions and workshops, and building innovative solutions using out-of-the-box thinking.
Day-to-day activities include engaging with business users to build solution presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes; building implementation roadmaps that articulate how partners can move from current to future state; presenting and articulating business value to managers and executives at all levels; and delivering functional and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs. You will also serve as a liaison between product and enablement teams, offering field insights to drive solution evolution.
This role requires the ability to lead multiple customer engagements concurrently, demonstrate conceptual knowledge of integrating cloud applications with existing business systems, and maintain continuous growth through training and certification programs.
