Senior Manager, Product Management New
As a Senior Manager on Team Trailhead, you will contribute to the digital evolution of Salesforce's free online learning platform. This role blends strategic vision with tactical execution, acting as a key individual contributor responsible for accelerating Trailhead as the premier, agent-powered learning engine for the Agentic Enterprise. You will help define the product North Star for engineering teams and ensure the roadmap delivers maximum value.
You will design and drive current and future-state product roadmaps by synthesizing business and customer needs while managing delivery expectations. Leading the end-to-end product development lifecycle from inception to implementation, you will collaborate with designers, engineers, and research teams to develop comprehensive product specifications and maintain roadmaps.
Working closely with Engineering Leads, Architects, and other Product Managers, you will ensure technical solutions are viable and aligned with the broader ecosystem. You will communicate the product vision, manage trade-off decisions, and align with business partners on prioritization and scope. Identifying emerging themes in community and educational tech to influence product vision is a key expectation.
You will utilize data analytics and user metrics to monitor performance, make informed decisions, and optimize product success. Ensuring all solutions promote simplification, scalability, and productivity while staying current with emerging technologies and pedagogical trends is essential.
