Senior Manager, Alliances & Channels New
As a Senior Manager in the Alliances & Channels Partner Segment Management team, you will drive partner-led growth for the CMI segment. You will own the NNAOV responsibility for the segment, defining and operationalizing common growth strategies across RCG, M&E, and ATTH verticals while identifying and activating whitespace opportunities in collaboration with Industry PSMs.
A key part of the role involves strategic engagement with industry leads at large consulting partners (Big 4), aligning with segment Sales & Distribution stakeholders on priorities and value drivers. You will combine a player-coach leadership style, operating hands-on while enabling and mentoring Industry PSMs.
The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking ability, experience developing compelling plans for new initiatives, and a collaborative approach to driving outcomes across multiple teams. Working knowledge of Salesforce technology and the SaaS, PaaS, and aPaaS markets is expected.
This leadership position requires executive presence, people management capabilities, and willingness to travel as needed to support partner and segment objectives.
