As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer on the Agentforce team, you will architect and deliver complex AI-driven and Agentforce-powered enterprise solutions for strategic customers. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, translating business challenges into scalable architectures and guiding the design and deployment of intelligent automation systems. Key responsibilities include designing complex Agentforce solutions with multi-agent orchestration, prompt frameworks, and autonomous workflows; leading development of RAG frameworks, vector database integrations, and knowledge grounding strategies; and facilitating architecture workshops to produce enterprise solution blueprints. You will architect enterprise data ecosystems integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with external platforms, define integration strategies using REST/SOAP, middleware, and event-driven patterns, and establish DevOps and release frameworks using Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and Git. The role requires hands-on delivery experience across at least 2 end-to-end Agentforce projects including discovery, solution design, implementation, and rollout. You will also serve as the escalation authority for complex architectural and delivery challenges, support pre-sales advisory through technical discovery and scope shaping, provide Voice of the Customer feedback to product teams, and mentor junior engineers through knowledge-sharing initiatives.
