Senior Manager, India CSR
As Senior Manager for India CSR, you will lead Salesforce's India philanthropy efforts in alignment with Section 135 of the India Companies Act, 2013, while overseeing broader philanthropic opportunities across South Asia. You will facilitate cross-functional conversations across Philanthropy and Salesforce Leadership to build a unified grant strategy aligned with philanthropic and business priorities. Key responsibilities include building and curating a high-impact pipeline of NGO partners focused on Education, Nature & Sustainability, and the Agents for Impact Nonprofit Accelerator program. You will lead the AI for Impact India Accelerator in partnership with the global team, driving social impact use cases and advancing equitable adoption of responsible agentic AI through a customized six-month coaching program for nonprofits. On the operations side, you will own end-to-end grant lifecycle operations, manage annual budgets including tracking pipelines and processing payments, partner with India finance and legal teams for CSR compliance, and complete required reporting for the India CSR Board. You will also serve as the India lead for Salesforce Philanthropy at public forums, accelerate progress through strategic partnerships with organizations like the WEF and UN, and lead philanthropic disaster response efforts. The role requires deep understanding of Indian CSR compliance and regulations, a strong NGO network, and the ability to build stakeholder relationships at all levels.
