Salesforce Technical Manager - Salesforce Service Cloud + ITIL New
This role involves leading a team of technical architects while designing and managing delivery of complex Salesforce ITSM solutions. You will lead technical design sessions, document solutions aligned with client business objectives, and identify gaps between current and desired end states. You will provide oversight and governance across multiple Salesforce engagements, translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform, and manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migrations. Responsibilities include defining and enforcing coding standards, leading code reviews, and debugging complex issues. On the client-facing side, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and manage expectations, lead technical teams, and participate in technical discovery and proof-of-concept development. As a people leader, you will manage a team of technical architects and solution implementors, maintain billable utilization targets, enable team members on the latest Salesforce products, and build and grow the ITSM practice. The role requires working with global teams across geographies with flexibility on work hours and travel to client sites estimated at 50-75%.
