Employee Data Analyst New
As an Employee Data Analyst on the Data Ops Workday team, you will provide operational support to employees across all regions and act as a trusted partner ensuring an excellent employee experience. Your responsibilities include reviewing and processing Manager Self-Service transactions for data changes in Workday, auditing global work authorisation for new hires and international transfers, and managing cases while adhering to SLAs and CSAT expectations. You will handle contract management and background investigation processes, perform data audits to maintain clean data requirements, and create and analyse various HR reports for monthly and quarterly dashboards. The role involves supporting a centralised knowledge base by creating and updating knowledge articles, acting as a subject matter expert for all worker data matters to ensure data integrity and global standardisation. You will proactively identify process improvements, participate in UAT and system upgrades, provide Tier 2 customer service through the employee portal, and participate in M&A, merit cycles, and other global initiatives. You will also lead the Move the Work initiative for transitioning processes from COEs and regional teams to Data Ops.
