Director, Regional Equality Lead South Asia
As the Regional Equality Lead for South Asia, you will define and execute a comprehensive Equality strategy covering India, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines — one of Salesforce's largest and most dynamic global markets. You will serve as a trusted Equality advisor to regional leadership, embedding equality and engagement strategies into operational and business objectives across diverse landscapes.
Your core responsibilities include developing innovative programs that integrate AI and equality into the company culture, establishing clear KPIs and reporting mechanisms, and leading efforts within regional Operating Units to deliver impactful Equality and Engagement programs. You will partner with key business stakeholders and HR leads to further embed these strategies into business goals.
You will leverage data analytics and AI-powered insights to assess initiative impact, optimize programs, and make informed decisions. The role requires managing change initiatives to embed equality principles within the organization, developing local equality champions, and ensuring all programs align with South Asia compliance regulations and global best practices.
Building cross-functional relationships with geographically dispersed teams is essential, as is identifying programs that support Salesforce's growth and operational goals in the region. Strong emotional intelligence, executive presence, and cultural sensitivity are critical for success in this leadership position.
