Readiness Program Senior Manager- NPI New
This role drives the successful end-to-end delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness within the Customer Success Group. You will ensure that Technical Support, Customer Success, and Account Success teams are fully prepared to support new product releases and help customers realize value from them.
Key responsibilities include developing and managing the NPI readiness roadmap and integrated workplans aligned with the Technology & Product strategy. You will define program scope, goals, objectives, and deliverables for individual releases and high-impact launches, while organizing and coordinating stakeholders across the organization. Collaboration with Readiness Architects to assess product strategy, roadmap, and NPI scope is essential, as is driving the completion of enablement activities such as Readiness Workbooks.
You will identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues related to program launches, maintain RAID logs, and manage NPI data within project management tools. Communication governance includes developing stakeholder communication plans, leading portfolio review meetings, and presenting at monthly forum meetings with partners and alliances.
The role spans the full NPI readiness lifecycle: Strategy, Define, Plan, Develop, Launch, and Evaluate phases. Candidates should bring 9+ years of program or project management experience focused on NPI or launch readiness, strong PPM framework knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management skills across product, engineering, success, and enablement teams.
