Director, Salesforce Advisory New
This Director-level role leads a professional services delivery team within the CRM solutions space, requiring deep expertise in Salesforce technologies and strong engagement with senior technical stakeholders such as CTOs, CIOs, and Chief Technical Architects. You will build advisory relationships with enterprise clients, guide digital transformation journeys, and drive business value using Salesforce and Agentforce.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing the vision for the professional services team, leading and building an outcome-driven team of architects and advisors to drive Salesforce solution adoption. You will own and deliver customer outcomes with an Agentic approach, maximizing the potential of human and digital workforce. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic guidance on CRM adoption, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation while leading executive briefings and solution reviews.
You will oversee architectural governance and delivery of complex, large-scale CRM implementations across multiple industries, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met. Collaboration spans internal engineering, sales, and pre-sales teams, as well as supporting strategic opportunities, RFP responses, and client pitches. Cultivating long-term relationships to drive growth, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities is essential.
Candidates must bring 15+ years of professional services, consulting, or technology leadership experience with proven success delivering Salesforce CRM solutions. CRM certifications such as Salesforce CTA are preferred, along with experience in at least one Salesforce industry and driving outcomes through digital labor and AI.
