Operations Analyst New
As an Operations Analyst on the CSG ProServ Subcontracting team, you will support the invoice reconciliation and approval process, work orders, system audits, and subcontracting processes and tools. You will work closely with the Global Subcontracting Operations Team, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Finance, Shared Services teams, and Partners to streamline invoice reconciliation and manage all back-office systems.
Your responsibilities include supporting subcontractor timecard tracking, PO/Work Order generation, and assignment maintenance. You will analyze Salesforce data, generate reports and dashboards using Salesforce, Google Sheets, Coupa, Excel, and Quip to enhance management visibility and support informed decision-making.
You will become a subject matter expert on the Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool, providing insights and guidance to improve team performance. You will coordinate the submission of work orders, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders using Salesforce, DocuSign, Coupa, and MS Word.
Troubleshooting daily operational issues, ensuring smooth subcontracting processes, and maintaining high data cleanliness through regular audits are key parts of this role. The position requires the ability to work during US timezone core hours as part of a global team.
