The Global Incentive Compensation Analyst New
As a Global Incentive Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for analytics and commissions processing for the company's largest accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for business partners and account executives, ensuring excellence in performance and process for the integration of Salesforce with the cloud-based commissions system, Xactly.
Key responsibilities include managing processes to identify non-routine transactions, incorrect or incomplete data, and amending sales order data using Salesforce reports, analytics, and Excel. You will need to understand Salesforce data models, related objects, and sales order processes to analyze gaps and provide guidance to sales ops and the commission team.
You will act as a key resource regarding sales commission policy and process, applying that knowledge to specific transactions. The role involves analyzing and locating patterns within data to ensure accurate order data and improve process efficiency, as well as providing analysis of complex sales transactions with recommendations in accordance with policies.
You will manage monthly commission process cut-offs, prioritize work accordingly, and handle a case queue of requests, questions, and corrections for transactions outside routine processes. This position partners cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Recognition, Global Deal Desk, and Revenue Operations teams.
