The Global Incentive Compensation Analyst New
As a Global Incentive Compensation Analyst, you will handle analytics and commissions processing for the company's largest accounts, serving as the point of contact for business partners and account executives. The role focuses on ensuring excellence in performance and process for integrating Salesforce with the cloud-based commissions system, Xactly.
You will manage processes to identify non-routine transactions, incorrect or incomplete data, and correct sales order data using Salesforce reports, analytics, and Excel. Understanding Salesforce data models, related objects, and sales order processes is essential to analyze gaps and guide sales operations and the commission team.
Responsibilities include being a key resource on sales commission policies and processes, analyzing patterns in data for accuracy and efficiency, and providing analysis of complex sales transactions with policy-aligned recommendations. You will manage monthly commission process cut-offs and handle a case queue of requests and corrections for non-routine transactions.
This position partners cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Recognition, Global Deal Desk, and Revenue Operations teams. You will also contribute to ad hoc projects and presentations related to company initiatives.
