Lead, Account Solution Engineer New
As a Lead Account Solution Engineer focused on Financial Services clients, you will craft innovative customer engagement strategies and demonstrate Salesforce's platform capabilities by translating complex business needs into impactful solutions. You will engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to create roadmaps and deliver transformational pitches showcasing Salesforce's value.
Key responsibilities include understanding client needs through targeted discovery sessions, crafting tailored Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives, and demonstrating capabilities via live demos, prototypes, and presentations. You will build and articulate clear customer journey strategies and IT roadmaps highlighting Salesforce's value proposition.
You will lead cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions, support sales cycles with RFx responses, business cases, ROI analyses, and impactful demos. Partnering with Business and IT teams, you will uncover challenges and build innovative out-of-the-box solutions. The role requires guiding large enterprises on digital transformation leveraging Salesforce for customer success.
This position requires deep domain expertise in Financial Services including Banking, Insurance, Fintechs, NBFCs, and Wealth/Asset Management, with the ability to develop customer journey maps and use case demos aligned with industry needs. Travel is required for client meetings and workshops.
