Principal Solution Engineer New

About the Role

As a Principal Solution Engineer, you will work with Manufacturing, Energy, and Oil & Gas industry customers to craft customer engagement roadmaps and demonstrate Salesforce applications and platform capabilities. You will facilitate outcome-focused discovery sessions to understand and define business requirements, then partner with customers to develop a short and long-term vision for their future on the Salesforce platform. You will bring that vision to life by configuring and presenting compelling product demonstrations. You will provide thought leadership on how large enterprise organizations can drive customer success through digital transformation, engage with business users to build solution presentations, demonstrations and prototypes, and build implementation roadmaps. You will deliver functional and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs, articulate business value propositions to managers and executives at all levels, and demonstrate conceptual knowledge of integrating cloud applications with existing business systems. You will lead multiple customer engagements concurrently and collaborate closely with sales teams throughout the sales cycle.
