As a MuleSoft Technical Consultant on the Global Services Delivery team, you will work hands-on with customers and partners to solve critical business challenges using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform. You will provide technical guidance on integration implementation projects, evaluate customer technical and functional requirements, and develop cost-effective solutions that deliver measurable returns.
In your first three months, you will complete MuleSoft technical product and consulting services training, shadow experienced architects and senior consultants during field engagements, and begin delivering MuleSoft implementations for customers. You will earn MuleSoft technical certifications and fully ramp on implementation methodologies.
By twelve months, you will be independently delivering projects and providing hands-on guidance to influence standards for development, governance, and the operational lifecycle. You will deliver compelling presentations, architectural blueprints, and lead requirements-gathering workshops to shape the strategic direction of projects and guide customers through solution design. Contributing to internal knowledge sharing, identifying project risks, and defining mitigation measures are also key expectations.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on integration development experience with MuleSoft or similar integration tools (IBM Integration, Boomi, Talend, SAP Integration), along with experience in API management solutions. Familiarity with enterprise COTS solutions such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or Workday is important. You should be comfortable working within diverse technical teams comprising clients, system integrators, and internal stakeholders, and have experience completing end-to-end integration project SDLCs.
