As a Principal Account Solution Engineer focused on Financial Services clients in Mumbai, you will lead solution discovery and design by conducting targeted discovery sessions and crafting tailored Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives. You will demonstrate Salesforce platform capabilities through live demos, prototypes, and presentations to various client personas including C-level executives.
You will build and articulate clear customer journey strategies and IT roadmaps that highlight Salesforce's value proposition. The role involves leading cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions, supporting sales cycles with RFx responses, business cases, ROI analyses, and impactful demos.
You will partner with Business and IT teams to uncover challenges and build innovative solutions, while guiding large enterprises on digital transformation leveraging Salesforce for customer success. Travel is required for client meetings and workshops.
This role requires 12+ years of experience in IT, consulting, or technology sales/implementation, with proven pre-sales or solution delivery experience within Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Fintechs, NBFCs, Wealth/Asset Management). Salesforce certifications such as SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, or Financial Services Cloud are preferred.
