AI ML Software Engineering PMTS New
As a Senior Engineering contributor on the Agentforce platform team, you will own the architecture, design, and execution of Agentic AI platform and applications. You will collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and data teams to transform cutting-edge research into scalable, production-ready systems.
You will lead the architecture and development of AI-powered backend systems and services, designing and optimizing data pipelines for training and inference at scale. You will work with product and business teams to translate user needs into technical requirements, set technical direction, and mentor engineers across teams.
You will drive adoption of ML best practices for model training, deployment, monitoring, and governance. You are expected to innovate not just in model building but in how models are trained, deployed, and monitored. You will make strategic technical decisions on build vs buy, model selection, and infrastructure choices.
This role requires deep hands-on experience building Applied AI and AI applications, strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, and applied generative AI including RAG pipelines. You will also be expected to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex AI concepts as pragmatic engineering decisions.
