Regional Vice President New
As Regional Vice President, you will drive strategic enterprise-wide sales initiatives targeting IT/ITES organizations in your assigned territory. Your accounts will be a blend of existing clients with expansion opportunities and new prospects. You will be responsible for territory identification and research to formalize a go-to-market strategy, developing pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, and market sector expertise. The role requires positioning Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, business-case definition, and value analysis. You will lead the end-to-end sales process by engaging appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners. Daily CRM updates with accurate customer and pipeline data, monthly forecasting, and consistent over-achievement of quota are expected. This role demands strong experience selling to C-level executives across IT/ITES verticals with demonstrated consultative sales skills.
