Salesforce Technical Architect/ Senior Technical Architect New
As a Technical Architect or Senior Technical Architect, you will design and oversee the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, translate business needs into well-architected solutions that maximize the Salesforce platform, and lead technical design sessions documenting solutions aligned with client business objectives.
You will provide governance over Salesforce projects, manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements, and lead code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to appropriate design patterns. Your role includes identifying gaps between clients' current and desired end states, debugging complex issues, and liaising with Salesforce product teams to support implementations.
The position requires deep expertise across the Salesforce product suite including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Community Clouds, along with strong knowledge of systems architecture, scalable solution design, large data volume best practices, and data sharing considerations. You should be proficient with integration tools and patterns (ETL, APIs, CPQ, marketing automation), authentication protocols (SAML, SSO, OAuth), platform security (TLS, SSL), and environment/release management best practices. Occasional pre-sales activities such as discovery sessions and proof-of-concept development may be required. Travel to client sites is estimated at 50-75%.
