Cloud Account Executive New
As a Cloud Account Executive focused on Service Cloud products, you will drive revenue growth within the Manufacturing and Automotive sectors in North India. You will partner with existing account owners, carry quota for Service Cloud sales, and formulate industry-specific strategies targeting both net new logo acquisition and deeper penetration of the current customer base.
Your role involves acting as a trusted advisor to Manufacturing and Auto industry Account Managers and customers by deeply understanding their unique challenges including warranty management, field service operations, connected vehicle services, dealer network management, IT service desk operations, and after-sales support. You will evangelize Service Cloud solutions tailored to industry needs such as IoT-enabled predictive maintenance, field service optimization, omnichannel customer support, and enterprise ITSM capabilities powered by Data Cloud and Agentforce AI.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales campaigns targeting manufacturing plants, service centers, dealer networks, automotive contact centers, and enterprise IT service desks. You will prospect and qualify opportunities within OEMs, Tier 1-3 suppliers, automotive dealers, and equipment manufacturers. You will strategize solutions addressing aftermarket service optimization, mobile workforce enablement, customer self-service portals, AI-powered service intelligence, and ITSM workflows. Additionally, you will position Agentforce to autonomously handle service inquiries, automate warranty validations, and resolve IT help desk tickets, while articulating Data Cloud's value in unifying siloed data across manufacturing operations and vehicle telemetry to enable predictive service and data-driven decision making.
