Package Specialist-SAP HR Comp & Payroll

As a Package Specialist for SAP HR Compensation and Payroll, you will support end-to-end implementation of SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll, and Benefits modules within client business environments. You will conduct fit analysis to identify client requirements and configure the SAP HR system accordingly, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes. The role involves resolving configuration and functional issues specifically within the compensation management module. You will be responsible for implementation planning, testing, and rollout of SAP HR solutions, as well as delivering post-implementation support to ensure clients achieve their expected business outcomes. Familiarity with SAP Benefits and Payroll configuration, along with SAP testing tools, is highly valued.
