As an Application Architect for ServiceNow at IBM Consulting, you will be responsible for understanding client business processes and service needs and demonstrating how ServiceNow modules can support those processes. You will design end-to-end solutions in ServiceNow, create High-Level and Low-Level Design documents (HLD/LLD), and provide functional and operational guidance throughout implementation projects. You will collaborate with other IT functions to design solutions for complex problems while understanding end-to-end business processes. A key part of the role involves designing and developing integration solutions and data migration strategies using SOAP and RESTful web services. You will work closely with business and technical teams, leveraging ServiceNow development tools including Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub to deliver robust platform solutions.
