Insurance Operations Associate New
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities related to commercial property within UK Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) schemes. Key responsibilities include processing property acquisitions and disposals within SIPP portfolios, ensuring documentation, compliance checks, and timelines are met. You will support lease transactions including rent collection setup, lease registration, and coordination of building works. The role involves maintaining accurate property records, coordinating rent reviews with surveyors and clients, scheduling vacant property inspections ensuring health & safety and insurance compliance, and assisting with property valuations. You will also handle mixed technical property tasks such as title reviews, planning queries, and environmental checks. Responding to management enquiries from clients, advisers, and internal teams with accurate and timely information is expected. You should have experience in remote transitions, developing quality checklists, performing root cause analysis, and developing action plans to improve quality performance.
