Custom Software Engineer New
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure data-driven applications using Microsoft Azure Data Services, acting as the primary point of contact for the development team. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert, actively contributing to team discussions and providing solutions to work-related problems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team through the development process. You will engage in strategic planning to align project goals with organizational objectives. The role requires proficiency in Python, Apache Spark, and Azure Databricks, along with hands-on experience in Java or Scala. You should have a strong understanding of Azure analytics services including Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Function App, and Logic App, as well as data integration techniques and ETL processes. Knowledge of Kafka streaming, CI/CD processes, GitLab, and Agile delivery practices is valued. Banking or Capital Markets experience is a plus. You will work from the client location in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days a week.
