You will be part of the Retirement Services team, supporting US retirement industry operations specifically around 401k, 403B, Money Out, Lump Sum, Defined Contribution, Client Service Management, Plan Document, and Plan Implementation. Your responsibilities include ensuring all project deliverables are completed on time and without escalations, maintaining optimal quality of work on assigned tasks, and actively participating in project meetings. You will prepare, review, and publish project-related documentation, and gain knowledge of business processes specific to your assigned projects. Stakeholder collaboration is key — you will maintain effective communication with business users, project managers, and development teams to ensure alignment on project scope and priorities. The role covers the full range of services throughout a plan's lifecycle, including plan development and enhancement, participant enrollment and management, sponsor and member servicing and reporting. Products include individual retirement accounts (Roth IRA), college savings accounts, guaranteed investment contracts, and fixed and variable deferred annuities.
