As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to perform independently and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your domain. You will also engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.
Proficiency in Angular is essential, along with a strong understanding of web development principles and frameworks. You should have hands-on experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as familiarity with version control systems like Git. The ability to troubleshoot and debug applications effectively is critical for success in this role.
