Infrastructure Engineer New
As an Infrastructure Engineer at the Team Lead/Consultant level, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and supporting testing efforts. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure infrastructure meets necessary specifications and standards, engaging in problem-solving activities and contributing to design discussions.
You are expected to serve as a Subject Matter Expert, managing your team and being responsible for team-level decisions. You will engage with multiple teams, contributing on key decisions and providing solutions across the organization. Facilitating knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and monitoring the performance of infrastructure components to ensure optimal functionality are key aspects of this role.
Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform Architecture is required. You should have a strong understanding of network architecture and security protocols, experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible, and familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with cloud migration strategies and best practices is a plus. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and ensuring the infrastructure remains robust and scalable is essential.
