Operations Engineer New
As an Operations Engineer, you will support operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service level agreements. Your day-to-day activities include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will engage in proactive problem-solving to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high service standards. The role expects you to perform independently and grow into a subject matter expert, actively participating in team discussions and contributing solutions. You will also assist in developing and implementing operational processes, perform performance tuning and optimization of Java applications, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
