Technical Account Manager New
As a Technical Account Manager at Red Hat, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers, helping them maximize the value of their Red Hat product investments. Your role involves coordinating with internal engineering and support teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also identify opportunities for product adoption and growth within assigned accounts, deliver regular health checks and business reviews, and advocate for customer needs within the organization. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise in Linux, cloud, and open-source technologies along with excellent relationship management skills.
