Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect at Red Hat, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, helping them design and implement solutions based on Red Hat's portfolio including Linux, OpenShift, Ansible, and cloud technologies. You will engage with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, then architect end-to-end solutions that address their infrastructure, automation, and application modernization needs. The role involves delivering technical presentations, conducting proofs of concept, and providing architectural best practices to drive successful adoption. You will collaborate with sales teams to develop account strategies and support pre-sales activities. You will also act as a bridge between customer requirements and Red Hat's engineering teams, providing feedback to influence product direction.
