Senior Business Systems Analyst
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Red Hat, you will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to drive the design and implementation of enterprise systems solutions. Your responsibilities will include gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into detailed functional and technical specifications, and ensuring that delivered solutions align with organizational goals. You will analyze existing business processes, identify opportunities for improvement and automation, and recommend system enhancements. The role requires leading requirements workshops, managing stakeholder expectations, supporting UAT activities, and collaborating with development and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle. You will also contribute to data analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
